Create an Offer
The first step to creating multiple payment plans is to create an offer. If you have a one-time payment option, you can duplicate this offer. If not, you can simply create a new offer under Products>Offers.
You can only have one price structure per offer, but you can have multiple offers for the same product.
Once you create the offer, you can fill out the title and description of the offer.
Changing the Payment Options
To create a multiple payment plan, you need to change the price information. To do this you want to hit the Edit Price button on the right-hand side of your screen.
When you click on the Edit price button, there will be a pop-up. In this popup, you have options to make the offer free, one-time payment, multiple payments, or a subscription.
To create a payment plan, you want to click on the multiple payments. You then want to fill out the payment amount and the number of payments.
So if you want to create a 6-month payment option where they pay $200 per month, your payment amount would be 200, and the number of payments would be 6.
You also have the option to create a text override, such as 6 monthly payments of $200. You can see how this form should be filled out for this example below.
Now click save! This will update the system to provide a payment plan charging $200 per month for 6 months.
You can see how the offer backend should look once updated through the image below.
